Live! Casino & Hotel Philadelphia is seeking a Security Ambassador to ensure guest and team safety while delivering excellent customer service. You will patrol the property, greet guests, verify IDs, and respond to emergencies, disputes, and incidents with professionalism.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
• Experience in security with a focus on guest service is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile and a warm welcome.
• Check IDs of guests entering the casino and hotels; refuse admission to under 21 or unsafe individuals.
• Explain casino rules, regulations, and code of conduct to guests.
• Interact with the public professionally to provide assistance and directions.
• Assist with disputes, intoxicated subjects, and incidents; refer to management when needed.
• Notify supervisors of unusual events, incidents, or crimes.
• Respond to medical or fire emergencies as needed.
• Staff the Employee/Visitor Entrance and maintain a visitor log.
• Monitor guest and team member movement in dining and gaming areas.
• Control traffic in valet and parking areas.
• Assist in transporting money, chips, tokens, and markers.
• Report safety hazards and ensure safety for all guests and staff.
