Job summary

ProSync Technology Group, LLC is seeking a Jr. Administrative Security Specialist to support personnel, information, industrial, and physical security programs. You will help execute security processes in line with DoD regulations, maintain records, and prepare reports for leadership.

The role requires a Secret clearance and an active IAT/IAM Level II certification, with less than three years of related experience. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred.

Qualifications

• Less than 3 years of experience in security administration or related functions.
• Active IAT/IAM Level II certification required.
• Minimum Secret security clearance or higher required.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative security support across personnel, information, industrial, and physical security programs.
• Assist in executing security processes, procedures, and compliance with DoD/regulations.
• Maintain security records, databases, files, and documentation for regulatory compliance.
• Process, track, and manage security actions including visits, access, clearances, indoctrinations, and debriefings.
• Prepare security reports, correspondence, and briefings for government and program leadership.
• Coordinate with government customers and security offices on requirements and actions.
• Support inspections, self-assessments, audits, and compliance reviews with required documentation.
• Assist with corrective actions identified during inspections and reviews.
• Review procedures to ensure compliance with directives and regulations.
• Monitor security program activities and provide status updates to management.
• Support onboarding, security awareness, and training efforts.
• Communicate security requirements and policy guidance to internal and external stakeholders.
