Job summary

ProSync Technology Group, LLC is seeking a Jr. Administrative Security Specialist to support DoD and IC programs from Florida.

You will handle security administration across personnel, information, industrial, and physical security, maintain records, prepare reports, and coordinate with government customers. The role requires less than three years of relevant experience, active IAT/IAM Level II certification, and a Secret clearance or higher, with opportunities for training and a competitive

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher is required or substitutable by Associate degree + 4 years of relevant work experience.
• Active IAT/IAM Level II certification is required (Security+, CySA+, SSCP, etc.).
• Secret clearance or higher is required to be considered for this position.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative security support across personnel, information, industrial, and physical security programs.
• Assist in executing security processes, procedures, and compliance initiatives.
• Maintain security records, databases, and documentation for regulatory compliance.
• Process, track, and manage security actions including visits, access requests, and debriefings.
• Prepare security reports and briefings for government and program leadership.
• Coordinate with government customers and security offices regarding security requirements.
