Job summary

ProSync Technology Group, LLC (ProSync) seeks a Jr. Administrative Security Specialist in the Arlington, VA area to provide comprehensive security support across personnel, information, industrial, and physical security programs.

You will assist in DoD/government regulatory compliance, maintain security records, process access and visit requests, and prepare reports for leadership. A Secret clearance and IAT/IAM Level II cert are required, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Active IAT/IAM Level II certification required.
• Secret clearance or higher is required for consideration.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher; or Associate degree with 4 years relevant experience; or 6 years of additional relevant work experience in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative security support across personnel, information, industrial, and physical security programs.
• Assist in execution of security processes, procedures, and compliance with DoD and government regulations.
• Maintain security records, databases, files, and documentation for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Process, track, and manage security actions including visit requests, access requests, clearances, indoctrinations, and debriefings.
• Prepare security reports, correspondence, briefings, and supporting documentation for government and program leadership.
• Coordinate with government customers, security offices, program personnel, and external organizations on security requirements.
• Support security inspections, self-assessments, audits, and compliance reviews; collect and organize documentation.
• Assist with corrective actions identified during inspections and reviews.
• Review security procedures to ensure compliance with directives and regulations.
• Monitor security program activities and provide status updates to management and stakeholders.
• Support onboarding, security awareness, and administrative security training.
• Communicate security requirements and policy guidance with internal and external stakeholders.
