Job summary

ProSync Technology Group, LLC (ProSync) is seeking a Mid-Level Industrial Security Specialist to protect classified information, personnel, facilities, and government programs within DoD and IC environments. The role administers NISP programs, ensures regulatory compliance, and coordinates security actions with FSOs and government customers.

Qualifications

• Three (3) or more years of experience in industrial security, facility security, or related government security programs.
• Knowledge of industrial security regulations, compliance requirements, and protected information handling procedures.
• Experience with inspections, audits, self-assessments, and security compliance reviews.
• Strong understanding of personnel security processes and classified access management.
• Ability to interpret and apply government security regulations and directives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support industrial security programs per NISP requirements and directives.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements for classified information.
• Maintain facility security clearance docs, personnel access records, and classified holdings.
• Process classified visit requests, access requests, clearance actions, indoctrinations, and debriefings.
• Conduct security reviews, self-inspections, audits, and assessments; identify deficiencies and recommend corrective actions.
• Protect, control, transmit, store, and dispose of classified information.
• Coordinate with government customers, FSOs, program managers, and security stakeholders on requirements and actions.
• Investigate security incidents and document compliance concerns; support corrective actions.
