ProSync is seeking a Junior-Level General Security Specialist to support security operations across Department of Defense and Intelligence Community programs. You will assist with compliance, admin tasks, and coordinate with government personnel to resolve security issues.

This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to follow established policies, and the discretion to handle confidential information while gaining exposure to personnel, information, physical, and industrial

Formación

• Active Top Secret clearance or higher with SAP/SAR eligibility.
• IAT/IAM Level II certification required.
• <3 years of experience in security operations.

Responsabilidades

• Support daily security operations across personnel, information, physical, and industrial security.
• Assist in maintaining security records, databases, files, and compliance documentation.
• Process visit/access requests and clearance actions; support regulatory requirements.
• Assist in security reviews, self-assessments and compliance activities.
• Support implementation of security policies and procedures and track security actions.
• Contribute to security awareness initiatives and education programs.
• Coordinate with government personnel and program teams to resolve security issues.
• Prepare reports, correspondence and security documentation.
• Support incident reporting and corrective action tracking.
• Perform research and administrative tasks related to security operations.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
