Job summary

ProSync is seeking a Jr. Administrative Security Specialist in Ohio to support DoD and IC security programs. You will maintain records, process security actions, and coordinate with government customers to ensure regulatory compliance.

Requirements include an active IAT/IAM Level II certification and a minimum Secret clearance. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred, with strong organizational and communication skills essential for team-based tasks.

Qualifications

• Active IAT/IAM Level II certification is required (Security+, CySA+, SSCP, etc.).
• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited college or university is required.
• DoD/government regulatory compliance knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative security support across personnel, information, industrial, and physical security programs.
• Maintain security records, databases, files, and documentation for regulatory compliance.
• Process, track, and manage security-related actions including visits, access requests, clearances, indoctrinations, and debriefings.
• Prepare security reports, correspondence, and briefings for government and program leadership.
• Coordinate with government customers and security offices regarding security requirements.
