Job summary

ProSync is seeking a Junior-level Administrative Security Specialist to support DoD and IC programs, ensuring compliance with security policies and procedures. You will handle security records, process visit and access requests, prepare reports, and coordinate with government customers and security offices.

The role requires less than three years of experience, an active IAT/IAM Level II certification, and a Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Less than three years of security administration experience.
• Knowledge of basic security principles and administrative processes.
• Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills.
• Active IAT/IAM Level II certification required.
• Must hold a Secret clearance or higher.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative security support across programs.
• Execute security processes and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Maintain security records and documentation for regulatory accuracy.
• Process, track, and manage visit, access, clearance, indoctrination, and debriefings.
• Prepare security reports, correspondence, and briefings for leadership.
• Coordinate with government customers, security offices, and program personnel.
• Support inspections and compliance reviews by collecting documentation.
• Assist with corrective actions identified during inspections.
• Review procedures to ensure compliance with directives.
• Monitor security activities and provide status updates to management.
• Support onboarding and security awareness training.
• Communicate security requirements to stakeholders.
