Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking an Assistant Account Manager to support the Account Manager in supervising security operations at the assigned post, training staff, and ensuring compliance with post orders and client instructions.

The role involves coordinating tasks, coaching Security Professionals, maintaining reports and post materials, and assisting with interviews and onboarding, with a week-long onboarding course provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of professional-level experience; security industry, law enforcement, or military preferred.
• Must possess a valid state Guard License with ongoing status and background check.
• Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record and insurability.
• Strong communication, leadership, and training abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects (technical and managerial) of executing the security contract at the assigned location; assign tasks to Security Professionals and direct their work.
• Supervise shift staff and evaluate performance; provide coaching and training as needed.
• Maintain Post Order manuals and ensure post materials are up to date; keep post clean and organized.
• Assist Account Manager in interviews and onboarding; conduct on-the-job training with Shift Supervisors.
• Oversee reports, logs, and pass downs for the Security Department; distribute communications to staff.
