Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Security Account Manager in Denver to support the Account Manager in supervising security operations at the client site. You will lead Security Professionals, coordinate post orders, and ensure high standards of service and safety.

The role emphasizes training, performance evaluation, and proactive client engagement. A valid Guard License, driving capability, and strong customer service are required; comprehensive onboarding is provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of professional-level experience; security industry, law enforcement or military background preferred.
• Valid state Guard License; background check and pre-employment drug test required; license must be active.
• Driver’s license with clean driving record and reliable vehicle; flexibility for on-site work.
• Demonstrated customer service orientation with professional communication; ability to train and coach others.

Responsibilities

• Assist Account Manager in coordinating all aspects of the security contract at the location.
• Supervise, motivate, coach, and train Security Professionals; evaluate performance and advise on assignments.
• Maintain and update Post Orders, training materials, and site information; ensure site is clean and organized.
• Participate in interviews and onboarding; conduct on-the-job training and post-order reviews.
• Oversee reports, logs, and communications; distribute information to staff as directed.
• Manage sub-units of the Security Department and generate work orders for extra coverage.
• Respond to incidents; notify appropriate parties and ensure proper reporting.
