Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking an Assistant Account Manager to support the Account Manager in supervising, training, and coordinating security operations at the assigned post. The role involves directing security professionals, maintaining post orders, and ensuring a well-organized site.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma and 3–5 years in security or related fields, with a valid Guard License or in process. Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of professional-level experience in security or related field preferred.
• Must possess a valid state Guard License or have applied and issued prior to employment.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to de-escalate situations.

Responsibilities

• Assist Account Manager with coordinating security operations at the location.
• Supervise shift staff, assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide coaching.
• Maintain post order manuals and training materials; ensure site is clean and organized.
• Assist in interviewing and training new employees; conduct on-the-job training.
• Oversee reports, logs, and communications for the Security Department.
• Manage sub-units like fire/command center and loading docks as applicable.
• Respond to incidents and escalate to Account Manager as needed.
