Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking an Assistant Account Manager to support the Account Manager in supervising, training, and coordinating the security contract at the assigned post. The role includes directing Security Professionals, maintaining post orders, and ensuring compliance with client instructions.

Responsibilities cover interviewing and onboarding new staff, supervising shift personnel, producing reports, and coordinating incident responses.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum three (3)–five (5) years of professional-level experience in security or related field.
• Must possess a valid state Guard License or have applied and be issued such license prior to employment.
• Ability to train and coach others and enforce post orders and company policies consistently.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Assist Account Manager in coordinating all aspects of the security contract at the site.
• Supervise shift supervisors or Security Professionals and direct their work.
• Maintain Post Order manuals and training information up-to-date and orderly.
• Conduct interviews and onboard new employees; train and orient staff to post orders and emergency responses.
• Oversee reports, logs and pass-downs; distribute information to security staff.
• Manage sub-units within Security Department and generate work orders for extra coverage.
• Respond to incidents and ensure proper reporting and notification of relevant parties.
• Identify personnel issues and recommend disciplinary actions as directed by management.
• Respond to client/site emergencies and maintain positive client relationships.
