Job summary

Prosegur is seeking an Account Manager in La Vergne, Tennessee to partner with leadership, manage client-site operations, and drive staffing solutions. You will apply strong communication, relationship-building, and operational controls to meet client needs while navigating regulatory requirements and company procedures.

You will recruit and train staff, manage scheduling, and contribute to growth opportunities in a fast-paced security environment.

Qualifications

• Broad ability to multi-task across client-site operations and staffing needs.
• Strong ability to build and maintain community-based relationships.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills across stakeholders.
• Proactive, self-starting professional capable of working independently or in team settings.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and scheduling/ATS tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee security site operations and client contract services for guarding division.
• Maintain performance within fiscal parameters; strong P&L management.
• Ensure audit procedures comply with regulations.
• Recruit and interview staff to meet client needs.
• Execute operations and training with adherence to corporate procedures.
• Meet with customers regularly to align goals and service levels.
• Develop client relations and pursue new business opportunities.
• Set scheduling requirements; allocate staff to cover client needs.
• Train staff, manage performance, and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare reports and respond to inquiries with documentation.
• Follow all safety rules and report hazards.
• Additional duties as assigned by client or manager.
