Qualifications

• Associate’s degree and a minimum of two years of management experience in security or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Valid State Driver’s License, CPR/AED/First Aid Certification (if applicable).
• Microsoft Office software, eHub (preferred), and working knowledge of Internet programs.

Responsibilities

• Maintains security operations business plans including program requirements, labor hours, cycle, costs, and image.
• Provides input to service strategy and development of new services.
• Ensures successful start-up of new contracts including staffing, materials, training, subcontracting, facilities, tooling, and equipment needs.
• Meets client needs; regularly engages with clients, understands issues, and provides security solutions for customer satisfaction.
• Keeps costs, quality, and delivery commitments.
• Coordinates with other functions and suppliers; creates action plans for problem areas.
• Reviews service and operating reports; resolves operational, service, and maintenance issues to minimize costs and prevent gaps in coverage.
• Manages administrative data for reports and records.
• Coordinates training for staff on client, company, government, and customer policies; conducts site-specific OJT and annual refresher training.
