Job summary

Prosegur is seeking an Operations Manager to drive security operations across local client sites and partner with the General Manager, SVP, and HR to ensure efficient, data-driven processes. You will oversee branch performance, staffing, and client satisfaction while aligning with corporate initiatives.

The role requires strong leadership, relationship-building, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and scheduling tools to support proactive hiring, trainings, and crisis response.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience managing security or related operations.
• Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize urgent staffing needs.
• Proven networking and relationship-building experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-starter in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee security operations and client contracts for the Guarding division.
• Maintain P&L performance within fiscal parameters.
• Ensure compliance with governmental regulations and audit procedures.
• Recruit and interview staff to meet client needs.
• Develop client relations and secure new business opportunities.
• Supervise scheduling to cover shifts and client requirements.
• Train and evaluate staff, with documented performance plans.
