Allied Universal is seeking an Assistant Security Account Manager to support the Account Manager with supervisory and operations duties at the assigned post. A week-long onboarding provides best practices and guidance.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent (required).
• 3–5 years of professional-level experience; security industry preferred.
• Valid state Guard License; background check and post-offer/pre-employment drug test required.
• Driver's License with clean record; ability to operate a vehicle.
• Energetic, proactive, able to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
• Strong customer service orientation with professional de-escalation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; independent judgment.
• Ability to train and coach others and enforce post orders.
• Willingness to work outside normal shift schedule and be reachable 24/7.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects (technical and managerial) of executing the security contract at the location.
• Supervise shift supervisors and Security Professionals; coach and train.
• Maintain Post Order manual and ensure site is well-maintained and organized.
• Conduct interviews and on-the-job training for new employees.
• Oversee reports, logs, and pass downs for the Security Department.
• Manage sub-units like fire control room, command center, and loading docks.
• Respond to incidents and notify appropriate parties in a timely manner.
• Address personnel issues and potential disciplinary actions as directed.
• Respond to client/site emergencies and maintain client relationships.
