Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking an Account Manager to lead daily security operations, guiding a team of officers and supervisors to deliver exceptional service. You will schedule staff, develop teams, and act as the primary client liaison to ensure safety and property protection.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Priory state/federal licensing may apply as required by law.
• Valid driver’s license if driving a company vehicle.
• Minimum 2 years in operations, security management, or supervising teams.
• Proven ability to lead and develop teams and maintain client relationships.
• Knowledge of emergency preparedness, physical security protocols, risk assessments, and coordination with law enforcement.
• Proficient with web-based apps and MS Office.
• Strong communication with clients and employees while managing multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling of security officers and supervisors, using AI tools to meet client hours and minimize unbilled overtime.
• Lead and develop security teams, oversee payroll, performance, and employee relations.
• Enhance client relationships as the primary contact to ensure high-quality service.
• Handle security incidents and emergencies with professional coordination with clients and internal teams.
• Oversee site training, safety, and inventory management of uniforms and equipment.
