Qualifications

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent
• Be at least 21 years old
• Have a Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record
• Pass an extensive screening process
• Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations
• Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience is a plus
• State license if required

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of approximately 15 security professionals, maintaining professionalism and standards.
• Manage daily account operations including scheduling, payroll, and training to ensure efficiency.
