Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking an Assistant Account Manager to assist the Account Manager with supervisory, training and operations functions at the assigned post. A week-long onboarding course is provided to introduce best practices, tools, and guidance.

The role supports client instructions and internal procedures, with opportunities to grow within a dynamic security team across multiple posts.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of professional-level experience preferred in security or related fields.
• Background check and post-offer/pre-employment drug/alcohol test required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects (technical and managerial) of executing the security contract at the site
• Direct work tasks to Security Professionals and supervise daily activities
• Supervise shift supervisors and evaluate performance; assist with assignments
• Maintain Post Order manual and training materials; ensure site cleanliness and organization
• Conduct interviews and participate in on-the-job training for new staff
• Oversee reports, logs, and communications to Security Professionals at post
