Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking an Assistant Account Manager to support the Account Manager with supervisory, training, and operations tasks at the assigned post. The role includes coordinating security contract activities, ensuring post order compliance, and guiding Security Professionals.

The position offers onboarding programs and opportunities to develop leadership skills within a dynamic team environment. Seven-day coverage may apply with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of professional-level experience in security, law enforcement, or military.
• Must possess a valid state Guard License and maintain active status.
• Background check and pre-employment drug/alcohol test required.
• Valid driver's license with safe driving record and required insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assist Account Manager with coordination of all security contract aspects at the location.
• Supervise, motivate, coach, train, and evaluate Security Professionals and shift supervisors.
• Maintain and update Post Orders and training materials; ensure site is clean and organized.
• Participate in interviewing and training new employees; conduct onboarding as needed.
• Oversee reports, logs, and pass-downs; communicate information to Security staff.
