Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking an Assistant Account Manager to support the Account Manager with supervisory, training, and operations at the assigned post, following post orders and client instructions.

The role includes coordinating security operations, supervising security professionals, conducting interviews and onboarding, and ensuring post orders and training materials are up to date. A week-long onboarding course is provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of professional-level security or related experience.
• Valid state Guard License or in process.
• Background check and pre-employment drug/alcohol test.
• Valid Driver's License with clean record.
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and discretion.
• Willingness to work outside normal shift, 24/7 on-call.

Responsibilities

• Assist with coordination of all aspects of the security contract at the site.
• Supervise and coach Security Professionals; evaluate performance.
• Maintain Post Order manuals and training information.
• Assist in interviewing and onboarding new employees.
• Oversee reports, logs, and communications for security operations.
• Manage sub-units such as fire control room, command center, and docks.
• Respond to incidents and notify appropriate parties.
• Address personnel issues and potential disciplinary actions as directed.
• Respond to client/site emergencies and maintain client relationships.
• Occasionally perform security duties up to 50% of time.
