Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking an Account Manager to drive daily security operations, lead a team of security officers and supervisors, and ensure the safety of people and property. You will guide scheduling, client communications, and incident response to deliver exceptional service.

You will develop teams, manage payroll and performance, and coordinate with clients to maintain high standards of operational excellence in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Licensing requirements depend on state/local laws and may be required.
• Valid driver’s license if operating a company or personal vehicle for work.
• Minimum 2 years in business operations, security management, or supervising teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling using AI-powered tools to meet client contract hours and minimize unbilled overtime.
• Lead and develop security teams, oversee payroll, performance, and employee relations.
• Be primary client contact to ensure high-quality service that protects people and property.
• Respond to security incidents and emergencies, coordinating with clients and internal teams.
• Oversee training, safety, site standards, and inventory management (uniforms, equipment).
