Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking an Account Manager in Miami to lead daily security operations, guide a team of officers and supervisors, and ensure client satisfaction through proactive management and strong relationships.

You will schedule staff, manage payroll and performance, and coordinate with clients to maintain safety and security across client sites. This role requires a proactive leader with 2+ years in security management and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Licensing requirements per state/local laws may apply.
• Valid driver’s license if operating a company vehicle.
• Minimum 2 years in business operations, security management, or supervising teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling using AI-powered tools to meet contract hours.
• Lead, coach and develop security officers and supervisors.
• Serve as primary client contact to ensure high-quality service.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies, coordinating with clients and internal teams.
• Oversee training, safety, and site standards; manage inventory of uniforms and equipment.
