Allied Universal is seeking an Account Manager in Miami, FL to lead daily security operations and guide a team of officers and supervisors. You will schedule staffing, oversee payroll and performance, and serve as the primary liaison to clients to ensure superior service.

You will drive operational excellence, handle incidents, oversee training and safety, and manage inventories to protect people and properties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Licensing requirements depend on state/local laws and may be required.
• Valid driver's license if operating a company vehicle.
• Minimum of two years in business operations, security management, or supervising teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling using AI-powered technology to meet client hours and minimize unbilled overtime.
• Lead and develop security officers and supervisors, overseeing payroll and performance.
• Enhance client relationships as the primary contact to ensure high-quality service.
• Respond to security incidents and emergencies, coordinating with clients and internal teams.
• Oversee training, safety, and site standards and manage inventories.
