Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking an Account Manager for the West Palm Beach Office to drive daily security operations, supervise officers and supervisors, and deliver exceptional service to clients.

You will lead scheduling, coordinate with clients, and oversee incident response, compliance, and site standards while developing a high-performing team and fostering strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license if driving a company vehicle.
• Minimum of two years in business operations, security management, or supervising teams.
• Experience leading and retaining a dynamic team with strong client relationships.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based applications.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and employees.
• Financial acumen to manage staffing, inventory, and overtime costs.

Responsibilities

• Schedule security officers using AI-powered tools to meet contract hours and minimize unbilled overtime.
• Hire, coach, and manage security officers and supervisors while overseeing payroll and performance.
• Maintain strong client relationships as the primary contact for delivering high-quality service.
• Respond to security incidents and emergencies, coordinating with clients and internal teams.
• Oversee training, safety, site standards, and inventory control.
