Allied Universal is hiring an Account Manager in Florida. You will lead daily security operations, guiding security officers and supervisors to deliver exceptional service and protect people and property.

You will schedule efficiently, manage payroll, and develop teams while maintaining strong client relationships. The role emphasizes incident response, compliance, and operational excellence across training, safety, and site standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Licensing requirements per state/local laws
• Valid driver’s license if driving a company or personal vehicle
• Minimum 2 years of experience in business operations, security management, or supervising teams
• Experience in leading, developing, and retaining a dynamic team while building positive client relationships
• Knowledge of emergency preparedness, physical security protocols, risk assessments, and law enforcement coordination
• Proven ability to evaluate situations, make sound independent decisions, and resolve conflicts efficiently
• Proficiency in web-based applications and Microsoft Office
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and employees while managing multiple projects
• Financial acumen; manage staffing levels while minimizing non-billed overtime and managing inventory costs

Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling using AI-powered technology to meet client contract hours and minimize unbilled overtime
• Lead and develop security teams by hiring, coaching, and managing officers and supervisors while overseeing payroll and performance
• Enhance client relationships as the primary contact to ensure high-quality service
• Handle security incidents and emergencies by coordinating with clients and internal teams
• Direct compliance and security operational excellence including training, safety, and site standards and inventory management
