• Manage scheduling and leverage AI-powered tech to meet contract hours and minimize unbilled overtime.
• Lead and develop security teams: hire, coach, manage, oversee payroll and performance.
• Enhance client relationships by serving as primary contact and ensuring high-quality service.
• Handle security incidents and emergencies, coordinating with clients and internal teams.
• Oversee training, safety, site standards, and inventory management.
