Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• Valid driver’s license if driving a company vehicle.
• Minimum 2+ years in business operations, security management, or supervising teams.
• Experience leading, developing, and retaining a dynamic client-focused team.
• Knowledge of emergency preparedness and security protocols.
• Proficiency with web-based applications and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication with clients and staff while managing multiple projects.
• Financial acumen to manage staffing, overtime, and inventory costs.

Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling using AI-powered technology to meet client hours and minimize unbilled overtime.
• Lead, coach and supervise security officers and supervisors; oversee payroll, performance, and employee relations.
• Enhance client relationships; act as primary contact to ensure high-quality service.
• Respond to security incidents and emergencies; coordinate with clients and internal teams.
• Oversee compliance and site operations, including training, safety, and inventory management.
