Job summary

Allied Universal, North America's leading security and facility services company, is hiring an Account Manager in Reno. You will drive daily security operations, lead officers and supervisors, and guide service delivery with integrity.

This role focuses on safeguarding people and property, developing client relationships, and ensuring contractual compliance while leveraging technology to optimize scheduling and performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license may be required.
• Minimum of two years in business operations, security management, or supervising teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling: leverage AI-powered tech to schedule security officers while meeting contract hours and reducing unbilled overtime.
• Lead and develop security teams: hire, coach, and supervise officers and supervisors; oversee payroll and performance.
• Enhance client relationships: serve as the primary client contact and ensure high-quality service protecting people and property.
• Handle security incidents: respond to escalations and coordinate with clients and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance and operational excellence: oversee training, safety, and site standards; manage inventory.
