Allied Universal is seeking an Account Manager to drive daily security operations, lead a team of officers and supervisors, and deliver high-quality service for clients. You will schedule, coach, and manage payroll, performance, and relations while promoting safety and efficiency across sites.

The role emphasizes building strong client partnerships, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring operational excellence in security programs and incident response.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and developing a dynamic team while building positive client relationships.
• Knowledge of emergency preparedness, physical security protocols, risk assessments, and law enforcement coordination.
• Proven ability to evaluate situations, make sound independent decisions, and resolve conflicts efficiently.
• Proficiency in web-based applications and computer systems, including Microsoft Office.

Responsabilités

• Manage scheduling using AI-powered tools to meet client hours and minimize unbilled overtime.
• Lead and develop security teams including payroll, performance, and employee relations.
• Enhance client relationships as the primary contact to ensure high-quality service.
• Respond to security incidents and emergencies coordinating with clients and internal teams.
• Oversee training, safety, site standards, and inventory control.
