Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring an Account Manager to lead daily security operations and guide a team of security officers and supervisors to deliver exceptional service. You will ensure safety at client sites, drive performance, and foster a culture of accountability and client satisfaction.

Applicants should have 3–5 years combined law enforcement/military/security experience or a college degree, be 21+ with a valid license, and demonstrate strong leadership, scheduling, and incident response

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of emergency preparedness, physical security protocols, risk assessments, and law enforcement coordination.
• Proficiency in web-based applications and Microsoft Office.
• Minimum of two years in security management or supervising teams.
• Financial acumen; manage staffing levels and overtime while controlling inventory costs.
• Valid driver's license with clean record if driving a company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling using AI-powered technology to meet client hours while minimizing unbilled overtime.
• Lead and develop security teams, overseeing payroll, performance, and employee relations.
• Enhance client relationships as the primary point of contact for services.
• Handle security incidents and emergencies, coordinating with clients and internal teams.
• Direct compliance and security operational excellence, including training, safety, and inventory.
