Job summary

Allied Universal in Dallas is seeking an Account Manager to lead daily security operations, ensuring the safety of people and property. You will guide security officers and supervisors, drive performance, and work closely with clients to deliver outstanding service.

This role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and the ability to coordinate with internal teams on incidents, training, and compliance while managing schedules, payroll, and equipment inventories.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in security management or supervising teams in fast-paced settings is required.
• Strong ability to build client relationships and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling using AI-powered technology to align with contract hours and minimize unbilled overtime.
• Lead and develop security teams, including hiring, coaching, payroll, performance, and employee relations.
• Enhance client relationships as the primary point of contact and deliver high-quality service.
• Handle security incidents and emergencies, coordinating with clients and internal teams.
• Oversee compliance, training, safety, and site operations, including inventory management.
