Allied Universal is hiring an Account Manager. You will lead daily security operations, guide a team of officers and supervisors, and deliver exceptional service to clients in Colorado City, TX.

Responsibilities include scheduling, client relationship management, training, compliance, and incident response, with a focus on safety and operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; state/local licensing may apply.
• Experience in security management or supervising teams in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to lead, develop, and retain a dynamic team while building client relationships.
• Familiarity with emergency preparedness, security protocols, and risk assessment.
• Strong decision-making, conflict resolution, and independent judgment skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage scheduling using AI-powered tools to meet contract hours and minimize overtime.
• Lead and develop security officers and supervisors; oversee payroll and performance.
• Enhance client relationships as the primary contact ensuring high-quality service.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies; coordinate with clients and internal teams.
• Oversee training, safety, and site standards; manage inventory and supplies.
