Allied Universal is hiring an Account Manager to lead daily security operations, guide a team of security officers and supervisors, and ensure exceptional service for clients. You will drive schedules, manage incidents, and oversee compliance to protect people and property.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license if driving a company or personal vehicle.
• Minimum 2 years in business operations, security management, or supervising teams.
• Experience leading and developing a dynamic team with client relationships.
• Knowledge of emergency preparedness, physical security protocols, risk assessments, and law enforcement coordination.
• Proficiency with web-based apps and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling using AI-powered technology to meet contract hours and minimize unbilled overtime.
• Lead and develop security teams including payroll, performance, and employee relations.
• Enhance client relationships as the primary contact for high-quality service.
• Handle security incidents and emergencies coordinating with clients and internal teams.
• Oversee training, safety, site standards, and inventory management.
