Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking an Account Manager to lead daily security operations, guiding a team of officers and supervisors to deliver outstanding service. You will oversee scheduling, client communications, incident response, and compliance to uphold safety across sites.

This role emphasizes building strong client relationships, optimizing staffing, and driving operational excellence in a dynamic security environment. Excellent leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Licensing requirements depend on state and local laws and may be required prior to employment.
• Valid driver’s license if driving a company vehicle or personal vehicle for business.
• Minimum of two years of experience in business operations, security management, or supervising teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in leading, developing, and retaining a dynamic team while building positive client relationships.
• Knowledge of emergency preparedness, physical security protocols, risk assessments, and law enforcement coordination.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and employees while managing multiple projects and driving operational excellence.
• Financial acumen; able to manage staffing levels while minimizing non-billed overtime and managing inventory costs.

Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling using AI-powered technology to meet client contract hours while minimizing unbilled overtime.
• Lead and develop security teams; hire, coach, and manage officers and supervisors while overseeing payroll and performance.
• Enhance client relationships; serve as primary contact for clients and ensure high-quality service.
• Handle security incidents and emergencies; respond professionally and coordinate with clients and internal teams.
• Direct compliance and security operational excellence; oversee training, safety, site standards, and inventory management.
