You will guide scheduling, payroll oversight, and performance management while ensuring safety and compliance across sites.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license if driving a company vehicle.
• 2+ years of experience in security management or supervising teams.
• Experience leading and developing a dynamic team while building client relationships.
• Knowledge of emergency preparedness, physical security protocols, risk assessments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling using AI-powered tools to meet contract hours and minimize unbilled overtime.
• Lead and develop security teams; oversee payroll, performance, and employee relations.
• Enhance client relationships and ensure high-quality service to protect people and property.
• Handle security incidents and emergencies; coordinate with clients and internal teams.
