Allied Universal® is seeking an Account Manager to lead daily security operations, guiding a team of security officers and supervisors to deliver exceptional service and safety for client sites.

In this role you will manage scheduling, develop staff, strengthen client relationships, respond to incidents, and uphold compliance and site standards while controlling assignments and inventory. Strong leadership and frontline security experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Licensing requirements vary by state and may be required.
• Proficiency with web-based applications and Microsoft Office.

Responsabilités

• Manage scheduling using AI-powered tools to meet contract hours and minimize unbilled overtime.
• Lead, coach, and develop security officers and supervisors; oversee payroll, performance, and relations.
• Serve as primary client contact to ensure high-quality service protecting people and property.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies, coordinating with clients and internal teams.
• Oversee training, safety, site standards, and inventory management.
