Allied Universal is seeking an Account Manager to lead daily security operations, guiding a team of security officers and supervisors to deliver exceptional service at client sites.

You will drive scheduling, oversee payroll and performance, and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring safety and compliance across sites.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in security or operations, proven leadership, and a commitment to safety, service, and community impact.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Licensing requirements per state/local laws; may be required prior to employment.
• Valid driver’s license if driving company or personal vehicle for business.
• Minimum 2 years in business operations, security management, or supervising teams.
• Experience in leading, developing, and retaining a dynamic client-facing team.
• Knowledge of emergency preparedness, physical security protocols, risk assessments, and law enforcement coordination.
• Proven ability to evaluate situations, make independent decisions, and resolve conflicts efficiently.
• Proficiency in web-based applications and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication with clients and employees while managing multiple projects and costs.
• Financial acumen; ability to manage staffing, turnover costs, and inventory

Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling using AI-powered tools to meet client hours and minimize unbilled overtime.
• Lead, coach, and manage security officers and supervisors; oversee payroll and performance.
• Enhance client relationships by serving as the primary contact for service quality.
• Respond to security incidents and emergencies; coordinate with clients and internal teams.
• Oversee training, safety, and site standards; manage inventory of uniforms and equipment.
