• High school diploma or equivalent required for this role.
• Minimum of two years in business operations, security management, or supervising teams.
• Strong ability to lead, develop, and retain a dynamic team while fostering client relationships.
• Proficiency with web-based applications and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication skills with clients and employees while handling multiple projects.

Responsabilidades

• Manage scheduling using AI-powered technology to meet contract hours and reduce unbilled overtime.
• Lead, coach, and manage security officers and supervisors; oversee payroll and performance.
• Build and sustain strong client relationships; serve as primary client contact.
• Respond to security incidents and emergencies; coordinate with clients and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance and security operational excellence; oversee training, safety, and site standards.
