Responsibilities

• Lead and develop security teams, oversee payroll, performance, and relations.
• Strengthen client relationships and serve as primary contact for clients.
• Respond to incidents and coordinate with clients and internal teams.
• Oversee training, safety, and site standards; manage inventory.
