Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring an Account Manager. As an Account Manager, you will lead the day‑to‑day security operations for a highly visible client, protecting people, property, assets, and business operations while building a high‑performing security team.

You will lead with professionalism, assess risks, manage incidents, strengthen client and employee relationships, and ensure the account delivers quality service and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Criminal Justice, Business Administration, Security Management, or a related field preferred; degree may be substituted with ten years of proven security leadership experience.
• At least two years of business management, operations, supervisory, or account leadership experience.
• Proven ability to assess risk, manage incidents, and make timely decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with stakeholders and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead Security Operations: Own day-to-day account operations and ensure high-quality security services.
• Lead and Develop Security Teams: Hire, coach, develop, motivate, and retain security officers and supervisors.
• Manage Risk and Incidents: Assess, communicate, and manage security risks, incidents, and emergencies.
• Strengthen Client Relationships: Serve as trusted partner to client executives and stakeholders.
• Drive Operational Excellence: Ensure contract requirements, procedures, and training are met.
• Manage Staffing and Financial Performance: Oversee staffing, scheduling, payroll, and billing to meet contracts.
• Coordinate Training and Onboarding: Partner with support teams for onboarding and training.
