Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking an Assistant Account Manager in Seattle to support the Account Manager by supervising Security Professionals, coordinating operations, and ensuring adherence to post orders and client instructions. The onboarding course will prepare you with best practices and tools.

You will interview and train new staff, manage reports and communications, and help maintain post order materials.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of professional-level security experience; law enforcement and/or military preferred.
• Valid state Guard License and ability to pass background checks.
• Valid Driver's License with safe driving record and ability to operate a vehicle.
• Strong customer service orientation and de-escalation skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects (technical and managerial) of executing the security contract at the site under the Account Manager.
• Supervise shift supervisors and security professionals, coaching and training.
• Maintain Post Order manuals and keep post information updated and organized.
• Conduct interviews and onboard new employees with training; orient to post and emergency procedures.
• Manage reports, logs, and communications for the Security Department; ensure timely staff notifications.
• Oversee sub-units within Security Department and generate work orders for extra coverage as needed.
• Respond to client/site emergencies; maintain positive client/security relationships.
