Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring an Assistant Account Manager to support the Account Manager in supervising, training and operations at the assigned post, following client instructions and post orders. The role includes coordinating tasks for Security Professionals, supervising shift staff, maintaining post orders and training materials, and ensuring proper documentation.

You may conduct interviews, onboard new employees, and provide on-the-job training with Shift Supervisors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 3–5 years of professional-level experience in security or related field.
• Valid state Guard License and background check required.
• Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record for driving roles.
• Ability to train, coach others, and enforce post orders and security standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist Account Manager in coordinating all security contract aspects at the site.
• Supervise shift supervisors or Security Professionals; provide coaching and training.
• Ensure Post Order manuals and training info are updated and maintained at the post site.
• Conduct interviews and onboard new employees; provide on-the-job training.
• Manage reports, logs, and communications within the Security Department.
• Oversee sub-units like fire control/command center; prepare extra coverage work orders.
• Respond to incidents and escalate issues; maintain client relationships.
