Job summary

Sunstates Security in Raleigh, NC seeks an experienced Account Manager to oversee day-to-day operations for a national client. You will hire, train, coach, and manage staff, while achieving financial targets and maintaining contract compliance.

implementing client-facing leadership, you will build partnerships with client leadership and stakeholders, while ensuring service delivery and performance KPI data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4–6 years related to physical security management.
• Able to work in an office environment at least 4 days per week.
• Strong communication and stakeholder relationship skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.
• Willingness to travel to support client sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of a growing multi-location national account.
• Hire, train, coach, and retain security staff for the client.
• Meet targeted financial goals and report variances monthly.
• Ensure contract compliance, reporting, and SOP adherence.
• Develop client partnerships and present business reviews.
