Allied Universal is seeking a Security Account Manager to lead daily security operations, mentor officers, and ensure client satisfaction across assigned sites. You will drive operational excellence while safeguarding people and property.

The role requires 3-5 years of combined security or related experience or a college degree, a valid driver’s license, and strong leadership, communication, and analytics skills. This position in Meridian, MS offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state/local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Minimum of two years of experience in business operations, security management, or supervising teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in leading, developing, and retaining a dynamic team while building positive client relationships.
• Knowledge of emergency preparedness, physical security protocols, risk assessments, and law enforcement coordination.
• Proven ability to evaluate situations, make independent decisions, and resolve conflicts efficiently.
• Proficiency in web-based applications and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and employees while managing multiple projects and driving operational excellence.
• Financial acumen; able to manage staffing levels while minimizing non-billed overtime and managing turnover costs; planning and organizing skills to control costs related to inventory.

Responsibilities

• Schedule security officers using AI-powered tools to meet contract hours while minimizing overtime.
• Hire, coach, and manage officers and supervisors; oversee payroll, performance, and relations.
• Be primary client contact; ensure high-quality service protecting people and property.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies; coordinate with clients and internal teams.
• Oversee training, safety, site standards; manage uniforms, equipment, and supplies.
