Prosegur Security USA, Inc. is seeking an Account Manager to drive operations for a 24/7 customer site. You will partner with HRBP and report to the General Manager, leading security personnel and coordinating staffing, payroll, and training to ensure premier service.

You will build strong customer relationships, manage performance, and ensure reporting, contract compliance, and incident response are handled proficiently, with a focus on meeting financial goals and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Criminal Justice, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2+ years of business management/operations/supervisory experience.
• Experience in hiring, developing, motivating, and retaining quality staff.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills and high emotional intelligence.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, a diverse team, and customer requirements.

Responsabilités

• Manage the security operations of a 24/7/365 assigned customer site.
• Lead a team of security officers, site supervisors, and shift supervisors, including hiring, scheduling, payroll, training, coaching, development, and support.
• Ensure the customer site provides high-quality security services to protect people and property 24/7/365.
• Build, improve, and maintain effective customer and employee relationships.
• Coordinate necessary support services to meet financial and operational goals and provide quality customer service.
• Communicate issues or programs with customers.
• Handle escalated security issues or emergencies appropriately and promptly.
• Ensure all required reporting and contract compliance requirements are met.
• Communicate staffing needs with HRBP and identify, interview, and hire quality candidates.
• Develop staff skills through performance management (coaching, counseling, disciplining, recognition, etc.)
• Assure personnel records are updated and accurate.
• Effectively communicate policies, post orders, procedures, and changes with site staff.
• Meet all contractual scheduled hours with a minimum of unbilled overtime.
• Coordinate and conduct comprehensive site-specific OJT and customer-specific training for security personnel.
• Develop/maintain operational procedures and post orders for emergency reference.
• Manage uniforms, equipment, and supplies at the assigned site.
• Be proactive in communicating with the customer and meeting their needs; meet regularly and provide security/technical solutions.
• Capably utilize WinTeam for scheduling and billing and produce reports that inform management.
• Enforce Prosegur policies as outlined in the handbooks.
• Other management responsibilities as determined by leadership.
