Qualifications

• 3–5 years in security, operations, or account management.
• Proven ability to lead large teams in corporate environments.
• Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for client representatives and maintain relationships.
• Oversee daily security operations and ensure contract requirements are met.
• Coach and develop supervisory staff and security personnel.
• Conduct site visits, inspections, and quality assurance reviews.
• Monitor staffing levels and coordinate with recruiting teams.
• Ensure officers are trained and compliant with standards.
• Investigate incidents, prepare reports, and follow up on concerns.
• Track performance metrics and identify improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate scheduling, payroll review, and related administrative tasks.
• Support emergency planning and business continuity initiatives.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
