Responsibilities

• Account Manager partners with the General Manager and HR, ensuring compliance with reporting and operation requirements.
• Facilitate and manage the local branch and key operational procedures.
• Utilize tools such as the statement of work, recruiting plan, and smart sheets for solutions.
• Oversee security operations and customer contract services for the Guarding division.
• Regularly meet with customers to ensure mutual goals and objectives are met.
• Develop client relations and secure new business opportunities.
