Securitas USA is seeking an Experienced Account Manager in Waukesha, WI to supervise security officers, coordinate scheduling, payroll, and on-site training across multiple sites. You will coordinate with clients to ensure service levels are met and lead a high-performing team.

The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, organization, and customer-service skills, plus a valid driver’s license and a high school diploma. Comprehensive benefits and weekly pay are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Law enforcement or military experience preferred.
• Experience in scheduling, payroll, and training preferred.
• Proficient with basic computer use.

Responsibilities

• Manage a shift/segment of guarding operations at multiple sites.
• Meet with client representatives for status updates.
• Ensure service expectations are met through client contact.
• Coordinate orientation, training, and retention of staff.
• Maintain payroll records and review reports for accuracy.
• Coordinate scheduling, staffing, equipment, and records.
