A strong focus on payroll, training, and team development is expected to maintain high performance across sites. The ideal candidate will lead a shift, handle scheduling, payroll processing, and site training, with proven leadership and excellent customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in scheduling, payroll, and training is preferred.
• Law enforcement or military experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage a shift and/or segment of guarding operations at multiple sites, including supervision of officers and supervisory staff.
• Meet with line management and client representatives for status updates and issue resolution.
• Ensure service expectations are met through regular client contact.
• Participate in orientation, training, development, and retention of staff.
• Maintain and submit payroll records and other employee information, and review reports for accuracy.
• Coordinate scheduling, staffing, equipment, and record keeping for smooth service delivery.
